The Hibiscus Jerk Hut
If you have ever been on north glenstone I’m sure you have seen the food trailer called The Hibiscus Jerk Hut. And if you’re like me I have repeatedly said, “I need to try that place!” We’ll today I pulled in and the moment I stepped out of my car I was treated with a glorious smell! I basically bounced to the truck like Pepe le pew!
I ordered the 2 pc Jerk chicken (spicy), which came with rice and peas and fresh made to order steamed cabbage. I decided to bring it home rather than eat outside in the cold and my car smelled of deliciousness all the way home!
The chicken was fall off the bone with the perfect amount of spice. Marinated in a spicy Jamaican Jerk sauce. The cabbage with the rice&peas were the perfect sides for the whole meal. A fork full of cabbage, rice and chicken and I was in Caribbean he
